HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Repeal
1 The Public Sector Construction Projects (Tendering) Act, S.M. 2021, c. 18, is repealed.
Abrogation
1 La Loi sur les projets de construction dans le secteur public (appels d'offres), c. 18 des L.M. 2021, est abrogée.
Coming into force
2 This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
Entrée en vigueur
2 La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour de sa sanction.
