THE ORDER OF MANITOBA AMENDMENT ACT

 

(Assented to December 6, 2001)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. O75 amended

The Order of Manitoba Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 10(1) is amended by striking out "eight individuals" and substituting "12 individuals".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
