THE HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY REPEAL ACT
(Assented to November 19, 1996)
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
R. S. M. 1987, c. H110 repealed
The Horticultural Society Act, R. S. M. 1987, c. H110, is repealed.
This Act comes into force on a day fixed by proclamation.
