The Development Corporation Amendment Act

(Assented to July 26, 1991)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. D60 amended

The Development Corporation Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 17(1) repealed and substituted

Subsection 17(1) is repealed and the following is substituted:

Capital of corporation

17(1)

The capital of the corporation is $1,000.00 divided into 10 shares, each having a par value of $100.00.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
