The Education Administration Amendment Act

(Assented to March 15, 1990)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. E10 amended

The Education Administration Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 3(1) amended

Subsection 3(1) is amended by adding "and into any matter relating to the welfare of pupils enrolled at the private school" at the end of clause (e).

Subsection 4(3) amended

Subsection 4(3) is amended by striking out "to a school division or school district,".

Subsection 11(1) amended

Subsection 11(1) is amended by striking out sub-clauses (e)(vi), (vii) and (viii) and substituting the following sub-clauses:

(vi) one shall be a member of and nominated by the Senate of The University of Manitoba,

(vii) one shall be a member of and nominated by the Senate of Brandon University,

(viii) one shall be a member of and nominated by the Senate of the University of Winnipeg, and.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives the royal assent.
