The Legislative Assembly Management Commission Amendment Act

(Assented to December 22, 1989)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. L114 amended

The Legislative Assembly Management Commission Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 11(1) amended

Subsection 11(1) is amended by striking out "8, 9 or 10" and substituting "8, 9, 10 or 12".

Subsection 11(2) amended

Subsection 11(2) is amended by striking out "and his duties, powers and authority under section 12".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives the royal assent.
