An Act to amend An Act to Incorporate "Pine Ridge Golf Club"
(Assented to July 17, 1987)
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
The first sentence of section 3, commencing with the word "The" and terminating with the word "each" of An Act to Incorporate Pine Ridge Golf Club being chapter 122 of the Statutes of Manitoba, 1913 is repealed and the following sentence is substituted therefor:
"The capital stock of the club shall consist of an unlimited number of shares with an unlimited authorized capital".
This Act comes into force on the day it receives the royal assent.
