An Act to amend The Municipal Assessment Act

(Assented to April 10, 1987)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Sec. 31.2 rep. and sub.

Section 31.2 of The Municipal Assessment Act, chapter M226 of the Continuing Consolidation of the Statutes of Manitoba, is repealed and the following section is substituted therefor:

Defining classes of property.

31.2

The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations defining classes of property on the basis of size, ownership, types and uses of land and buildings.

Commencement.

This Act comes into force on the day it receives the royal assent.
