An Act to amend The Public Schools Finance Board Act

(Assented to July 11, 1985)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Sec. 1 am.

The definition of "fund" as set out in section 1 of The Public Schools Finance Board Act, being chapter P260 of the Revised Statutes is amended by striking out from the definition the words "Education Support" therein and substituting therefor the words "Government Support to Education".

Subsec. 8(1) am.

Subsection 8(1) of the Act is amended by striking out the words "education support" in the 2nd line thereof and substituting therefor the words "government support to education".

Subsec. 9(1) am.

Subsection 9(1) of the Act is amended by striking out the words "Education Support" in the 1st line thereof and substituting therefor the words "Government Support to Education".

Commencement of Act.

This Act comes into force on the day it receives the royal assent.
