An Act to amend The Financial Administration Act

(Assented to July 11, 1985)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

Clause 16(e) of The Financial Administration Act, being chapter F55 of the Revised Statutes, is amended by striking out the word "fifteen" in the 1st line thereof and substituting therefor the figures "30".

Subsec. 17(2) am.

Subsection 17(2) of the Act is amended by striking out the word "fifteenth" in the 3rd line thereof and substituting therefor the word "thirtieth".

Subsec. 50.1(1) am.

Subsection 50.1(1) of the Act is amended by adding thereto, immediately after clause (a) thereof, the following clause:

(a.1) the form and denomination of such provincial securities;.

Sec. 80 rep.

Section 80 of the Act is repealed.

Sec. 84 am.

Section 84 of the Act is amended by adding thereto, immediately after clause (f) thereof, the following clause:

(g) notwithstanding The Legislative Library Act, respecting the retention or destruction, or both, of any books, records, documents or accounts required to be kept under the Act or the regulations.

Commencement of Act.

This Act comes into force on the day it receives the royal assent.
