This regulation is made under the Manitoba Honey Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 244/87 R, and is Regulation No. 1, 2010 of Manitoba Beekeepers' Association. |
Registration required
1 No person who produces honey in Manitoba shall market honey unless that person is currently registered with this board as a registered producer.
Form of registration
2 Every application for registration or renewal of registration as a producer shall be in writing, in the form prescribed by this board for such purpose, containing such information as may be indicated hereon, signed by the applicant, and shall be forwarded to the head office of this board on or before March 31 in each year with the requisite fee, if any, prescribed from time to time by resolution of this board.
Non-application of order
3 This order does not apply to producers having less than 50 colonies in a calendar year.
