Definitions
1 In this regulation,
"family unit" means the head of a household and his or her dependants; (« famille »)
"GST" means the tax payable under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada); (« TPS »)
"youth" means a person 12 years of age or older and under 18 years of age. (« jeune »)

3.1 Despite section 3, a big game or game bird hunting licence, other than a licence issued by a draw, may be issued by the minister for promotional purposes without payment of the prescribed fee.
