Manitoba Regulation 164/2012 amended
1 The Adult Abuse Registry Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 164/2012, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 164/2012
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur le registre des mauvais traitements infligés aux adultes, R.M. 164/2012.
2 Subsection 8(1) is amended by striking out "suspected of abusing or neglecting" and substituting "alleged in the report to have abused or neglected".
2 Le paragraphe 8(1) est modifié par substitution, à « est soupçonnée d'avoir infligé de mauvais traitements à un adulte visé ou d'avoir », de « , selon le rapport, aurait infligé des mauvais traitements à un adulte visé ou aurait ».
3 In the following provisions of the French version, "vérification au" is struck out and "vérification du" is substituted:
(a) subsection 16(1);
(b) in the part of subsection 16(2) before clause (a).
3 Les dispositions de la version française qui suivent sont modifiées par substitution, à « vérification au », de « vérification du » :
a) le paragraphe 16(1);
b) le paragraphe 16(2), dans le passage introductif.
4 Form AAR-1 is amended
(a) by adding "in the report" after "the person alleged"; and
(b) in the French version, by striking out "RENSEIGNEMENTS DÉMOGRAPHIQUES" and substituting "RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS".
4 La formule AAR-1(F) est modifiée par substitution :
a) à « soupçonnée d'avoir infligé de mauvais traitements à un adulte visé ou d'avoir », de « qui, selon le rapport, aurait infligé des mauvais traitements à un adulte visé ou aurait »;

Coming into force
7 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Adult Abuse Registry Amendment Act, S.M. 2026, c. 14, comes into force.
