1 The Preset Fines and Offence Descriptions Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 96/2017, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les amendes prédéterminées et les mentions d'infraction, R.M. 96/2017.
2(1) Schedule A is amended by this section.
2(1) Le présent article modifie l'annexe A.
2(2) The items under the heading "THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT, H60" are amended
(a) by replacing the items respecting clauses 312.2(a) and (b) with the items set out in Schedule A to this regulation; and
(b) by repealing the items respecting subsection 314(2) and section 317.
2(2) Les rangées sous le titre « CODE DE LA ROUTE, H60 » sont modifiées :
a) par substitution, aux rangées concernant les alinéas 312.2a) et b), des rangées figurant à l'annexe A du présent règlement;
b) par suppression des rangées concernant le paragraphe 314(2) et l'article 317.
2(3) The item respecting subsection 3(1) under the heading "MAN. REG. 37/2005 CARGO SECUREMENT REGULATION" is amended by striking out "the operator of a regulated vehicle" and substituting "a motor carrier".
2(3) La rangée concernant le paragraphe 3(1) sous le titre « R.M. 37/2005 RÈGLEMENT SUR L'ARRIMAGE DES CARGAISONS » est modifiée par substitution, à « qu'exploitant d'un véhicule réglementé », de « que transporteur routier ».
2(4) The heading "MAN. REG. 93/2015 SAFETY FITNESS CRITERIA AND CERTIFICATES REGULATION" and the items between it and the heading "MAN. REG. 31/2019 VEHICLE EQUIPMENT, SAFETY AND INSPECTION REGULATION" are repealed.
2(4) Le titre « R.M. 93/2015 RÈGLEMENT SUR LES CRITÈRES ET LES CERTIFICATS EN MATIÈRE DE SÉCURITÉ » et les rangées qui le suivent mais qui précédent le titre « R.M. 31/2019 RÈGLEMENT SUR L'ÉQUIPEMENT, LA SÉCURITÉ ET L'INSPECTION DE VÉHICULES » sont supprimés.
2(5) The items set out in Schedule B to this regulation are added before the heading "MAN. REG. 31/2019 VEHICLE EQUIPMENT, SAFETY AND INSPECTION REGULATION".
2(5) Il est ajouté, avant le titre « R.M. 31/2019 RÈGLEMENT SUR L'ÉQUIPEMENT, LA SÉCURITÉ ET L'INSPECTION DE VÉHICULES », le titre et les rangées figurant à l'annexe B du présent règlement.
