This regulation is made under the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 206/2006, and is Regulation No. 1, 2026 of Keystone Potato Producers Association. |
Manitoba Regulation 105/2007 amended
1 The Processing Potato Fee Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 105/2007, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 1 is amended by striking out "$0.035" and substituting "$0.045".
3 Sections 3 and 4 are amended by striking out "3-2401 Saskatchewan Avenue West, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba R1N 4A6" and substituting "P.O. Box 1409, Carberry, Manitoba R0K 0H0".
Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on September 1, 2026.
