(b) electric energy from generation facilities needed to maintain transmission system reliability.
a) Installations et systèmes de commande nécessaires à l'exploitation d'un réseau interconnecté de transport d'énergie électrique (ou de toute partie de ce réseau);
("bulk power system")
3 Section 2 is amended by renumbering it as subsection 2(1) and adding the following as subsection 2(2):
2(2) A term used in a reliability standard made by the NERC has the meaning given to it in the Glossary of Terms Used in NERC Reliability Standards as the glossary read on the effective date of the reliability standard, except as set out in Schedule 1.1.
4 Clause 11(b) is amended by striking out "section 2" and substituting "subsection 2(1)".
5 Schedule 1 is replaced with Schedule 1 to this regulation.
6 Schedule 1.1 to this regulation is added after Schedule 1.
