This Order is made under the Manitoba Turkey Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 38/2004, and is Order No. 1, 2026 of Manitoba Turkey Producers. |
Manitoba Regulation 38/2008 amended
1 The Turkey Quota Order, Manitoba Regulation 38/2008, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 1 is amended by replacing clause (a) of the definition "marketing year" with the following:
(a) with respect to a registered producer other than a Turkey Egg Producer,
(i) April 26, 2026, to July 4, 2027, or
(ii) in each subsequent year, a period that begins on the first Sunday of July and ends on the Saturday immediately before the first Sunday of July of the following calendar year; and
3 Subclauses 60.1(c)(i) and (ii) are amended by striking out "Saturday in April" and substituting "day".
