This regulation is made under the Manitoba Hog Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 226/2002, and is Regulation No. 1, 2026 of Manitoba Pork Council. |
Manitoba Regulation 9/2018 amended
1 The Hog Administration Levy Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 9/2018, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 2 is amended by striking out "$0.80" and substituting "$0.90".
3 Section 8 is amended by striking out "$0.19" and substituting "$0.21".
Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on June 1, 2026.
