Manitoba Regulation 155/2018 amended
1 The Vehicle Weights and Dimensions on Classes of Highways Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 155/2018, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 155/2018
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les poids et dimensions des véhicules circulant sur les diverses catégories de routes, R.M. 155/2018.
2 The table in subsection 1(1) of Schedule A is amended
(a) in the second column of the row respecting "PTH 20", by striking out "19.8 km north of that junction" and substituting "2.3 km north of its junction with PR 364";
(b) by adding the following after the row respecting "PTH 83":
| PTH 83 | PTH 83 from its west junction with PTH 1 to a point 18 km north of that junction |
(c) by adding the following after the row respecting "PR 221":
| PR 236 | PR 236 from its junction with PTH 6 to a point 1.6 km north of that junction |
(d) by adding the following after the row respecting "PR 330":
| PR 344 | PR 344 from its junction with PTH 2 to a point 3.2 km east of that junction |
2 Le tableau figurant au paragraphe 1(1) de l'annexe A est modifié :
a) dans la deuxième colonne de la rangée concernant la R.P.G.C. no 20, par substitution, à « 19,8 km au nord de cette intersection », de « 2,3 km au nord de son intersection avec la R.P.S. no 364 »;
b) par adjonction, après la rangée concernant la R.P.G.C. no 83, de ce qui suit :
| R.P.G.C. no 83 | La R.P.G.C. no 83 à partir de son intersection ouest avec la R.P.G.C. no 1 jusqu'à un point situé à 18 km au nord de cette intersection |
c) par adjonction, après la rangée concernant la R.P.S. no 221, de ce qui suit :
| R.P.S. no 236 | La R.P.S. no 236 à partir de son intersection avec la R.P.G.C. no 6 jusqu'à un point situé à 1,6 km au nord de cette intersection |
d) par adjonction, après la rangée concernant la R.P.S. no 330, de ce qui suit :
| R.P.S. no 344 | La R.P.S. no 344 à partir de son intersection avec la R.P.G.C. no 2 jusqu'à un point situé à 3,2 km à l'est de cette intersection |
3 The table in subsection 1(1) of Schedule B is amended by striking out the row respecting "PR 236".
