Manitoba Regulation 96/2017 amended

1 The Preset Fines and Offence Descriptions Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 96/2017, is amended by this regulation.

Modification du R.M. 96/2017

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les amendes prédéterminées et les mentions d'infraction, R.M. 96/2017.

2 Schedule A is amended under the heading "MAN. REG. 155/2018 VEHICLE WEIGHTS AND DIMENSIONS ON CLASSES OF HIGHWAYS REGULATION"

(a) by adding the item set out in Schedule A to this regulation after the item respecting clause 13(1)⁠(m);

(b) by replacing the items respecting clauses 15(3)⁠(a) and (b) with the items set out in Schedule B to this regulation;

(c) in the item for subsection 15(4), in the row respecting clause (c), by striking out "a semi-trailer wheelbase" and substituting "the truck tractor being equipped with a single drive axle or a tandem drive axle group, a semi-trailer wheelbase"; and

(d) by replacing the item respecting subsection 15(6) with the item set out in Schedule C to this regulation.

2 L'annexe A est modifiée, sous le titre « R.M. 155/2018 RÈGLEMENT SUR LES POIDS ET DIMENSIONS DES VÉHICULES CIRCULANT SUR LES DIVERSES CATÉGORIES DE ROUTES » :

a) par adjonction, après la rangée concernant l'alinéa 13(1)m), de la rangée figurant à l'annexe A du présent règlement;

b) par substitution, aux rangées concernant les alinéas 15(3)a) et b), des rangées figurant à l'annexe B du présent règlement;

c) dans la rangée concernant l'alinéa 15(4)c), par adjonction, avant « l'empattement », de « le véhicule tracteur est équipé d'un essieu directeur simple ou d'un groupe d'essieux directeurs tandem et que »;

d) par substitution, à la rangée concernant le paragraphe 15(6), de la rangée figurant à l'annexe C du présent règlement.
