1 The Apprenticeship and Certification Fees Regulation, 2019, Manitoba Regulation 92/2019, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur le tarif des droits d'apprentissage et de reconnaissance professionnelle de 2019, R.M. 92/2019.
2 Subsection 2(1) is replaced with the following:

Tuition fees
2(1) The tuition fees that must be paid by or on behalf of an apprentice for technical training under The Apprenticeship and Certification Act are as set out in the Schedule to this regulation.

Tuition fees
1 For an apprenticeship program consisting of the number of weeks listed in the first column of the following table, the tuition fee is the amount listed opposite in
(a) the second column, for technical training commencing before August 1, 2026; and
(b) the third column, for technical training commencing on or after August 1, 2026.
