Manitoba Regulation 82/2015 amended
1 The Peatlands Stewardship Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 82/2015, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 82/2015
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la protection des tourbières, R.M. 82/2015.
2 Subsection 13(1) is amended by striking out "$0.12/m3" and substituting "$0.15/m3".
2 Le paragraphe 13(1) est modifié par substitution, à « 0,12 $/m3 », de « 0,15 $/m3 ».
3 The Schedule is amended in the entry "Annual land reservation charge" by striking out "$6.50/ha*" and substituting "$8.50/ha*".
3 L'annexe est modifiée, à l'entrée « Droits annuels de réserve foncière », par substitution, à « 6,50 $/ha* », de « 8,50 $/ha* ».
Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on April 1, 2026.
