Manitoba Regulation 155/2015 amended
1 The Conservation Officers Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 155/2015, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 155/2015
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les agents de conservation, R.M. 155/2015.
2 Section 2 is amended
(a) in the part before clause (a) of the English version, by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the person"; and
(b) by replacing clause (c) with the following:
(c) has successfully completed a minimum two-year program from a university or college in resource management studies or environmental management studies or another field of study acceptable to the chief conservation officer;

3 Clause 4(1)(c) of the English version is amended by striking out "immediate" and substituting "intermediate".

4(1) Subsection 7(1) of the English version is amended, in the part before clause (a), by striking out "his or her" and substituting "the conservation officer's".

4(2) Subsection 7(2) of the English version is amended by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the chief conservation officer".
