This regulation is made under the Manitoba Chicken Broiler Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 246/2004, and is Regulation No. 2, 2026 of Manitoba Chicken Producers. |
Manitoba Regulation 45/2013 amended
1 The Chicken Broiler Administration Fee Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 45/2013, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 1 is amended by striking out "1.85" and substituting "2.04".
Coming into force
3 This regulation comes into force on March 8, 2026, or the day it is registered under The Statutes and Regulations Act, whichever is later.
