1 The Preset Fines and Offence Descriptions Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 96/2017, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les amendes prédéterminées et les mentions d'infraction, R.M. 96/2017.
2 Schedule A is amended under the heading "MAN. REG. 217/94 PROVINCIAL SNOWMOBILE TRAIL REGULATION" by repealing the item respecting subsection 3(1).
2 L'annexe A est modifiée, sous le titre « R.M. 217/94 RÈGLEMENT SUR LES SENTIERS PROVINCIAUX DE MOTONEIGE », par suppression de la rangée concernant le paragraphe 3(1).
3 Schedule A is further amended by adding the headings and items set out in the Schedule to this regulation before the heading "THE OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ACT, O31".
