1 The Crown Royalty and Incentives Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 109/94, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 109/94
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les redevances pétrolières de la Couronne et les mesures d'encouragement du secteur pétrolier, R.M. 109/94.
2 Subsection 1(1) of the English version is amended in the definition "third tier oil well", in the part before clause (a), by striking out "means" and substituting "means any of the following:".
2 Le passage introductif de la définition de « third tier oil well » figurant au paragraphe 1(1) de la version anglaise est modifié par substitution, à « means », de « means any of the following: ».
3 In the following provisions, "January 1, 2026" is struck out and "January 1, 2028" is substituted:
(a) clause 2.1(2)(b);
(b) clause 3.1(1)(a) in the part before subclause (i);
(c) clause 3.1(1)(b);
(d) section 3.2.
3 Les dispositions qui suivent sont modifiées par substitution, à « 2026 », de « 2028 » :

Coming into force
