132(1) The Workplace Safety and Health Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 217/2006, is amended by this section.

132(2) Section 1.1 is amended by replacing the definition "audiologist" with the following:

"audiologist" means a person who is registered as a speech and hearing therapist under the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba General Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 192/2013. (« audiologiste »)
