This Order is made under the Manitoba Turkey Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 38/2004, and is Order No. 1, 2025 of Manitoba Turkey Producers. |
Manitoba Regulation 38/2008 amended
1 The Turkey Quota Order, Manitoba Regulation 38/2008, is amended by this regulation.
2 In the following provisions, "600,000" is struck out and "1,000,000" is substituted:
(a) section 1 in the definition "maximum allotment" wherever it occurs;
(b) section 11 in the part after clause (b);
(c) clause 60.1(b);
(d) subsection 7(11) of Schedule A in the second paragraph;
(e) subsections 12(3) and (4) of Schedule B.
Coming into force
3 This regulation comes into force on December 9, 2025.
