1 The Payday Loans Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 99/2007, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 99/2007
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les prêts de dépannage, R.M. 99/2007.
2 Subsection 13.1(1) and the statement referred to in clause 16(2)(b) are amended by striking out "17%" and substituting "14%".
2 Le paragraphe 13.1(1) et la mention prévue à l'alinéa 16(2)b) sont modifiés par substitution, à « 17 % », de « 14 % ».
