Manitoba Regulation 89/2014 amended
1 The Administrative Penalty Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 89/2014, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 89/2014
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les sanctions administratives, R.M. 89/2014.
2 Subsection 3(1) is amended
(a) in clause (m), by striking out "subsection 37.8(1)" and substituting "subsection 37.9(1)"; and
(b) in clause (n), by striking out "subsection 37.8(2)" and substituting "subsection 37.9(2)".
2 Le paragraphe 3(1) est modifié :
a) dans l'alinéa m), par substitution, à « 37.8(1) », de « 37.9(1) »;
b) dans l'alinéa n), par substitution, à « 37.8(2) », de « 37.9(2) ».
3 The Schedule is amended
(a) in the row respecting item 6(e), by striking out "s. 37.8(2)" and substituting "s. 37.9(2)"; and
(b) in the row respecting item 7(i), by striking out "s. 37.8(1)" and substituting "s. 37.9(1)".
3 L'annexe est modifiée :
a) dans la rangée correspondant au point 6e), par substitution, à « 37.8(2) », de « 37.9(2) »;
b) dans la rangée correspondant au point 7i), par substitution, à « 37.8(1) », de « 37.9(1) ».
