This regulation is made under the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 206/2006, and is Regulation No. 2, 2025 of Keystone Potato Producers Association. |
Manitoba Regulation 65/2015 amended
1 The Overproduction Potato Penalties Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 65/2015, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 3 is amended by striking out "registered processor" and substituting "registered producer".
3 Section 5 is amended by striking out "September 30, 2025" and substituting "September 30, 2028".
Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on September 15, 2025, or the day it is registered under The Statutes and Regulations Act, whichever is later.
