Manitoba Regulation 70/2024 amended
1 The Real Estate Services Regulation, amendment, Manitoba Regulation 70/2024, is amended by this regulation.

2(1) Form 2 of the Schedule is amended by this section.

2(2) Item 2 of Part One is amended by striking out the following:
Special assessments: The Seller must check the statement that applies below.
1. ☐The Seller has been informed by the Condominium Corporation that a special assessment has been approved and will be payable at a later date.
2. ☐The Seller has not been informed by the Condominium Corporation that a special assessment has been approved and will be payable at a later date.
