This Regulation is made under the Manitoba Egg and Pullet Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 70/2005, and is Regulation No. 1, 2025 of Manitoba Egg Farmers. |
Manitoba Regulation 16/2004 amended
1 The Egg Administration Fee Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 16/2004, is amended by this regulation.
2 Sections 1 is amended
(a) by striking out "$0.06" and substituting "$0.08"; and
(b) by striking out everything after "through" and substituting "a person licenced to grade eggs under the Safe Food for Canadians Act (Canada).".
3 Section 3 is amended by striking out "Each operator of an egg station registered under the Canada Agricultural Products Act" and substituting "A person licenced to grade eggs under the Safe Food for Canadians Act (Canada)".
4 Section 4 is amended
(a) by striking out "$0.06" and substituting "$0.08"; and
(b) by striking out everything after "through" and substituting "a person licenced to grade eggs under the Safe Food for Canadians Act (Canada).".
