This regulation is made under the Manitoba Chicken Broiler Producers Marketing Plan Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 246/2004 and is Regulation No. 1, 2025 of Manitoba Chicken Producers. |
Manitoba Regulation 46/2013 amended
1 The Broiler Hatching Egg Administration Levy Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 46/2013, is amended by this regulation.
2 Subsections 1(1) and 2(1) are amended by striking out "$0.01067" and substituting "$0.01156".
3 Subsection 3(1) is amended, in the part before clause (a), by striking out "$0.00919" and substituting "$0.01030".
