Manitoba Regulation 139/2000 amended
1 The Off-Road Vehicle Insurance Coverage Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 139/2000, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 139/2000
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur l'assurance des véhicules à caractère non routier, R.M. 139/2000.
2 Subsection 5(1) of the English version is amended in clause (b) of the definition "unidentified off-road vehicle" by striking out "on his behalf" and substituting "on the insured's behalf".
2 L'alinéa b) de la définition d'« unidentified off-road vehicle » figurant au paragraphe 5(1) de la version anglaise est modifié par substitution, à « on his behalf », de « on the insured's behalf ».
3(1) Clause 6(1)(b) of the English version is amended by striking out "collision with, or being" and substituting "collision with or being".

4 Section 30 is replaced with the following:

Payment to committee or substitute decision maker
30 If a person who is entitled to the payment of an amount under this Part has a committee appointed under The Mental Health Act or a substitute decision maker for property appointed under The Adults Living with an Intellectual Disability Act, the corporation shall pay the amount to the committee or substitute decision maker.

5 Section 31 is amended by striking out "sections 11 and 25 and subsection 30(1)" and substituting "sections 11, 25 and 30".

(c) in clause (h) of the English version, by striking out "The Drivers and Vehicles Act is not" and substituting "The Drivers and Vehicles Act, is not".
