Manitoba Regulation 54/93 amended
1 The Residency and Registration Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 54/93, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur la résidence et l'inscription, R.M. 54/93.
2 Section 1 is amended by repealing the definition "board".

3 Section 12 is replaced with the following:

Registration certificates
12(1) The minister must issue a registration certificate in a form approved by the minister in respect of each insured person.
Certificats d'inscription
12(1) Le ministre délivre un certificat revêtant la forme qu'il approuve pour chacun des assurés.
12(2) The minister may deliver the registration certificate
(a) to the insured person;
(b) in the case of an insured person who is a resident dependant, to the family registrant;
(c) to the legal representative of the insured person if the insured person is unable to manage their own affairs; or
(d) to another person the minister determines is appropriate in the circumstances.
12(2) Le ministre peut remettre le certificat d'inscription :
a) à l'assuré;
b) si l'assuré est une charge de famille résidant au Manitoba, au chef de famille;
c) si l'assuré est incapable de gérer ses affaires, à son représentant personnel;
d) à une autre personne que le ministre estime apte à recevoir le document dans les circonstances.
