1 The Access and Privacy Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 64/98, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 64/98
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur l'accès à l'information et la protection de la vie privée, R.M. 64/98.
2 Clause 4(3)(b) is amended by striking out "section 7" and substituting "section 8".
2 L'alinéa 4(3)b) est modifié par substitution, à « l'article 7 », de « l'article 8 ».
3 Section 12.2 is repealed.
3 L'article 12.2 est abrogé.
4 Schedule B is amended by striking out "Manitoba Community Services Council Inc.".
4 L'annexe B est modifiée par suppression de « Manitoba Community Services Council Inc. ».
5 Schedule E is repealed.
