Manitoba Regulation 171/2009 amended
1 The Reporting Organizations Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 171/2009, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 171/2009
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les organismes comptables, R.M. 171/2009.
2 Section 1 is amended
(a) in clause (d),
(i) by striking out "Menno Home for the Aged Inc. (Personal Care Home 1122 Division)" and substituting "Menno Home for the Aged Inc. (Personal Care Home Division)",
(ii) by adding the following:
The Saul and Claribel Simkin Centre Personal Care Home Inc.
(iii) by striking out the following:
The Sharon Home Inc.
(b) in clause (f), by striking out the following:
Manitoba Community Services Council Inc.
2 L'article 1 est modifié :
a) dans l'alinéa d) :
(i) par substitution, à « Menno Home for the Aged Inc. (Personal Care Home 1122 Division) », de « Menno Home for the Aged Inc. (Division des foyers de soins personnels) »,
(ii) par adjonction de ce qui suit :
