Manitoba Regulation 185/2003 amended
1 The Foster Parent Appeals Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 185/2003, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 185/2003
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les appels interjetés par les parents nourriciers, R.M. 185/2003.
2 Section 1 is amended
(a) by repealing the definition "authority of service"; and
(b) in the definition "foster parent", by adding ", Manitoba Regulation 18/99" after "Foster Homes Licensing Regulation".
2 L'article 1 est modifié :
a) dans la définition de « parent nourricier », par adjonction, après « Règlement sur la délivrance de permis aux foyers nourriciers », de « , R.M. 18/99 »;
b) par abrogation de la définition de « régie responsable ».
3 Subsection 2(2) is amended by adding "and" at the end of clause (a), striking out "and" at the end of clause (b) and repealing clause (c).
3 L'alinéa 2(2)c) est abrogé.
4 Subsection 4(1) of the French version is amended by adding "et avant de réviser la décision de l'office" after "révision".
4 Le paragraphe 4(1) de la version française est modifié par adjonction, après « révision », de « et avant de réviser la décision de l'office ».
5 The centred heading before section 7 and sections 7 to 19 are repealed.
5 L'intertitre qui précède l'article 7 est supprimé et les articles 7 à 19 sont abrogés.
