1 The Preset Fines and Offence Descriptions Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 96/2017, is amended by this regulation.

1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les amendes prédéterminées et les mentions d'infraction, R.M. 96/2017.
2 Schedule A is amended by replacing the items between the heading "THE WATER RIGHTS ACT, W80" and the heading "THE WILDFIRES ACT, W128" with the items set out in the Schedule to this regulation.
2 L'annexe A est modifiée par substitution, aux rangées qui suivent le titre « LOI SUR LES DROITS D'UTILISATION DE L'EAU, W80 » mais qui précèdent le titre « LOI SUR LES INCENDIES ÉCHAPPÉS, W128 », des rangées figurant à l'annexe du présent règlement.
