Manitoba Regulation 185/2013 amended
1 The Pharmaceutical Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 185/2013, is amended by this regulation.
Modification du R.M. 185/2013
1 Le présent règlement modifie le Règlement sur les pharmacies, R.M. 185/2013.
2 Section 1 is amended in clause (a) of the definition "hospital" by striking out "The Hospitals Act" and substituting "The Health Services Insurance Act".
3 Schedule 2 is amended by striking out "pneumococcal polysaccharide (Pneu-P-23) vaccine" and substituting "pneumococcal vaccine".
2 L'alinéa a) de la définition d'« hôpital » figurant à l'article 1 est modifié par substitution, à « Loi sur les hôpitaux », de « Loi sur l'assurance-maladie ».
3 L'annexe 2 est modifiée par substitution, à « Vaccin antipneumococcique polysaccharidique (Pneu-P-23) », de « Vaccin antipneumococcique ».
