Manitoba Regulation 179/2000 amended
1 The Agricultural Producers' Organization Funding (Agency) Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 179/2000, is amended by this regulation.
2 Section 1 is replaced with the following:
Definitions
1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Agricultural Producers' Organization Funding Act.
3 Section 5 is repealed.
4 Section 6 is amended by striking out everything after "withheld under" and substituting "section 27 of the Act, it must do so not later than 60 days after receiving the excess amount.".
5 Section 7 is replaced with the following:
Refund on request
7 When a person requests a refund under section 29 of the Act, the certified organization must refund the person not later than 60 days after receiving an amount from the designated purchaser that is subject to the request.
6 Section 8 is amended by striking out "section 5 or 6" and substituting "section 6".
7 The Schedule is amended
(a) by striking out "Nuvision Commodities Inc."; and
(b) by striking out "Zeghers Seed Inc.".
