1 The Watershed Districts Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 141/2019, is amended by this regulation.

2(1) Schedule 12 is amended by this section.

3.1 For the purposes of subsection 8(3) of the Act, the prescribed percentage for an included municipality listed in the first column of the following table is the percentage set out in the column opposite:

Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on July 1, 2024, or on the day it is registered under The Statutes and Regulations Act, whichever is later.
