HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
C.C.S.M. c. P250 amended
1 The Public Schools Act is amended by this Act.
2 Section 190.1 is amended by striking out "September 30" and substituting "the first Wednesday in October".
Coming into force
3 This Act comes into force on July 1, 2025.

Explanatory Note The Public Schools Act is amended to change the date used to calculate the special levy transfer to the francophone school division from September 30 to the first Wednesday in October. |
