THE ELECTION FINANCING AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. E27 amended

The Election Financing Act is amended by this Act.

Clause 4(c) is amended by striking out "and an annual allowance".

Part 11 (Allowance for Registered Parties) and the regulation made by the allowance commissioner under that Part are repealed.

Clause 113(d) is repealed.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
