THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON INCORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Young Men's Christian Association of Brandon Incorporation Act is amended by this Act.

Section 2 is amended by striking out "; provided that such real estate shall not exceed in value the sum of $100,000.".

Section 3 is amended by striking out ", not to exceed in the whole the sum of $75,000.,".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.

Explanatory Note

This Bill amends The Young Men's Christian Association of Brandon Incorporation Act.  It removes both the limit of $100,000 on the value of real estate that may be held by the association, and the $75,000 limit on the amount that the association may borrow.
