THE BUILDINGS AND MOBILE HOMES AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Buildings and Mobile Homes Act is amended by this Act.

Clause 2(2)(a) is replaced with the following:

(a) a farm building having a building area that is less than the prescribed building area; or

The following is added after clause 15(1)(b):

(b.1) for the purpose of clause 2(2)(a), prescribing the building area of farm buildings;

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
