THE TEACHERS' PENSIONS AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. T20 amended

Subsection 52(1) of The Teachers' Pensions Act is amended

(a) in clause (a), by striking out "5.7%" and substituting "6.8%"; and

(b) in clause (b), by striking out "7.3%" and substituting "8.4%".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
