THE MILK PRICES REVIEW AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Milk Prices Review Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 3(2) is amended by striking out "On the basis of information obtained from a survey of the costs of the production of milk on farms, the commission shall," and substituting "The commission shall,".

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
