THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

C.C.S.M. c. L110 amended

The Legislative Assembly Act is amended by this Act.

Section 5 is renumbered as subsection 5(1) and the following is added as subsection 5(2):

Session 80 days

5(2)

The Legislature must sit for at least 80 days during each calendar year.

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
